The autofill feature can sometimes incorrectly enter your credit card information. We lock the payment page once the 'Submit Payment' button is pressed to prevent you from incorrectly being charged multiple times.

If this happens please refresh the page and enter your credit card information manually.

All charges from Team Florida Gymnastics will appear on your bank statement as "Team FL Gymnastics". All sales are final, refunds and exchanges are evaluated individually and not guaranteed.

The Team Florida Gymnastics registration website never receives or keeps a log of your credit card information. Your card number, card expiration date, and card CVV number never touch our servers.

We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) for all sensitive card information and processing. You can learn more about how Stripe manages your data by visiting their website:

You should have been shown a summary page upon successful registration. Please print a copy of this page and keep it for your records.

Additionally, our payment processor (Stripe) will send you an email when your payment has been successfully completed. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder.

To protect our customer's privacy and data we cannot send order information without first verifying your identity.

There is no login for the Team Florida Gymnastics registration website. Registration is reset each season. You do not have a username or password for this website.

Only website adminsitrators have a login to view the dashboard tool.

Before registering with Team Florida Gymnastics all Clubs, Coaches, and Judges must be registered with the Amateur Athletic Union of the United States (AAU).
